Captic, een Vlaamse software ontwikkelaar, werkt samen met het Franse Antartic Foods, producent van diepvriesgroenten, in het Europese HIGHFIVE-project. Samen ontwikkelen ze een geavanceerd AI-visionsysteem dat toxische planten efficiënt uit de oogst van groene bonen en erwten kan sorteren.
Tijdens deze webinar delen zij hoe dit systeem tot stand kwam en welke impact het heeft op de voedselveiligheid en efficiëntie.
