Innovative (pre) pomace valorization process
Improve is a European business research project in ERANET - SUSFOOD2. The project's objective is to completely valorise the apple, pear, cherry and cucumber pressed cake by, among others, using green extraction technologies. The main idea is to find a simple valorisation slope that is fast and easy to implement in the business world.
