Valorisation of herbal stems towards food, feed and agri applications

ValorHerb was a cooperative business project (type O&O) in which three food companies from different sectors collaborated to reach a common objective. 

The project's objective was to use herb stems in innovative food applications. Other applications, such as animal feed additives or a product to support the health of soil and crops, were also being researched.
