Productivity in the Food Factory – Day 3 of Inspiration4Food Save the date!

Photonics4Food will also be part of the programme. Starting from sensors and photonic technologies, we take a broader look at how data can be used to make production processes smarter, more efficient and better connected.

This conference day forms part of the three-day Inspiration4Food Days organised by Flanders’ FOOD, centred around the overarching theme ‘Food Factory of the Future’.

On 20 May 2027, we will bring together technology providers, experts and food companies at the BMCC Bruges to explore smart manufacturing, connected systems and the power of data. In addition to an inspiring conference programme, the Inspiration Village offers a unique opportunity to discover innovative solutions, engage with technology partners and connect with experts from across the industry.

A guided exhibition tour is also included in the programme. Our aim is not only to inspire food companies, but also to connect them with practical technologies, innovative solutions and trusted partners who can help make their food factories more productive.

This conference day is aimed at professionals from the food industry who are looking to enhance productivity through digitalisation, automation and data-driven decision-making, as well as technology providers and other experts active within the sector.
