Margaux graduated from the VUB in 2015 and spent the next three years doing scientific research at the VIB-VUB Center for Structural Biology. In the spring of 2019, Margaux started working as Innovation Manager at Flanders’ FOOD where she manages projects in the programs ‘New & Shifting Resources’ and ‘Personalised Foods and Healthy Diets’.
Her experience with scientific research and personal interest in alternative natural resources and nutrition are a big help in managing these types of projects successfully.
In her spare time, you can find Margaux on the sports field, but nutrition also plays an important role in her life. She is always eager to test out new products and holiday destinations are often decided upon based on the local cuisine.
