2nd Practical Short Course: Functional and Bioactive Ingredients for Food Products and Specialty Drinks - 4&5 november 2010

This is the only extensive program in Europe that covers a wide range of topics with specific practical aspects of functional ingredients and claims, explains what bioactives offer specific opportunities and shows how to develop functional food and drink products having bioactives added.
