ICT Tools and Solutions for Food Quality and Healthy Nutrition

A healthy and enjoyable diet with high quality food. To what extent technology, and especially ICT tools and solutions, can help us to get there more easily?

We will shed light on some of the research and innovation activities at KU Leuven at the ICT-agrifood interface with a specific focus on tools and solutions for guaranteeing food quality and guiding people to healthy nutrition. It is also with pride that we welcome three keynote speakers from the agrifood industry giving their views on the current impact and future potential of ICT for their business. And of course there will be plenty of time for networking during the coffee break and closing reception.
